  1. First, I think there is considerable war imagery and the fact that human conflict causes distortion of the truth and There is also dismay at the fact it threatens human extinction, but seemingly God could care less or doesn't exist (with a crushing (?) but meaningless blow no sound ever comes from the Gates of Eden.) But I suppose that one.

  4. Lyrics to Gates of Eden by Arlo Guthrie from the The Last of the Brooklyn Cowboys album - including song video, artist biography, translations and more! At dawn my lover comes to me and tells me of her dreams With no attempts to shovel the glimpse Into the ditch of what each one means At times I think there are no words but these to tell.

  6. I especially love The Gas Company's "If You Know What I Mean", The Anita Kerr Singers' "Happiness", The Bonniwell Music Machines' "Discrepancy" and The Gates Of Edens' "No One Was There." Great music, great FULL COLOR informative liner notes and great clear sound too. The artwork on the cover reminds me of "School House Rock!".
  7. 1. USA 60s band. "No One Was There/Elegy" (). 2. UK 60s band. Almost nothing is known of this band, who were signed to Pye Records and took their name from a Bob Dylan song, but weren't above covering "Snoopy vs. the Red Baron" (or the Kinks' "Too Much on My Mind," while we're at it).
